Technical Support - Remote Assistance
With our new Remote Assistance feature, for issues that are VoIP adapter or router related, you can give us temporary access to your PC or laptop right over the Internet to help you resolve any adapter or router issues by installing this little piece of software.

Note: To save time and get your situation resolved even faster, please access and install this software so when you get a Customer Service or Technical Support staff member on the phone you can type the Session ID in right away and start the remote assistance session. He or she will have your issue resolved in no time.
