Our Zero-Tolerance SPAM Policy...
No SPAM or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-mail) Permitted
This is a serious matter and as a result, Triniti Communications International has Zero Tolerance for SPAM. As a TrinitiComm Independent Consultant you agree not to use unsolicited e-mail, usenet, message board postings, or similar methods of mass messaging (SPAM) to gather referral orders. The use of SPAM to promote TrinitiComm has strict negative consequences. Upon proof, we will immediately and permanently terminate the Consultant account of any Consultant who has used unsolicited e-mail to gain commissions from customer referrals.
In addition, you may be subject to state and federal penalties and other legal consequences under applicable law if you send unsolicited e-mail. Our Anti-Spam Policy is intended to protect our Consultants, the Internet, and the integrity of Triniti Communications. Our SPAM-UCE policy explained below is very clear, so please read it carefully.

COMPLAINTS: If you have received an unsolicited e-mail that you believe qualifies as SPAM, please report it to abuse@triniticomm.com. Please provide us with a "forward" of the e-mail in question and we will investigate and take appropriate Action. |
Consutlants may not promote triniticomm.com, triniticomm.net, triniticommunications.com, triniticommunications.net, or use the Company name, trade names, its products and services, logos, or copyrighted material, in any unauthorized manner. Pre-approved marketing formats and safe usage are provided in the Sales Consultant and FMS Administration Areas.
Consutlants may not SPAM or send unsolicited e-mails advertising any related URL including, but not limited to, the TrinitiComm web site and the Consultants's own personal site that points to the the domains above, or any affiliated domains. In addition to unsolicited e-mail, this includes advertising in Usenet Newsgroups and forums that disallow advertising; abuse of chat rooms, buddy lists, ICQ, MIRC; or use of any other online communication system that is inappropriate for advertising.
If we receive a SPAM complaint that includes the offending e-mail and information that will allow us to track down and identify the sender, we will terminate the Independent Consultant's status from our domains immediately and without prior notice. The consultant's account will be terminated and all Bonuses will be forfeited. Furthermore, anyone who uses TrinitiComm's resources, web site, or personalized web addresses for the practice of spamming, will be liable for expenses incurred by us to reverse any actions taken by our ISP, domain registry company, or other services as a result of said spamming. By using the TrinitiComm web site and/or becoming an Independent Consultant, he or she has agreed to abide by our zero tolerance NO SPAM policy.
