Darin Miller – CEO
Mr. Miller, considered by many in corporate America to be a mastermind, intellectual, visionary and bonafide legend in business and innovation, has extensive expertise in the areas of corporate administration, communications, entertainment, broadband connectivity, biometric applications, networking solutions, web application development, wireless communications, IPTV solutions, sales, marketing and more. Without a doubt, one of the greatest minds and visionaries of our time, Mr. Miller is a strong and effective manager with additional expertise in internal company administration and management. Mr. Miller is a take-charge, powerful and influential leader who quickly overcomes profit and growth challenges, leveraging entrepreneurial drive and multi-faceted business acumen for success in new-market ventures of cutting-edge technologies. Mr. Miller is not only a business genius but a man of the people who naturally and frequently boosts team motivation, builds exciting and edifying employee ecosystems, makes customer satisfaction and retention a priority, and maximizes product/service quality to reach aggressive growth and profit goals, while managing our network of stakeholders. Influential with and respected by industry insiders for his understanding and foresight with sophisticated topics, coupled with a reputation for grasping complicated projects, resolving conflicts and completing projects within budget and timeframe, Mr. Miller will continue to use his extensive knowledge, wisdom and natural business prowess to guide Triniti Communications into the digital communications leader it is destined to become.
Mr. Miller has an amazing eye and intuition for new markets driven by leading technologies and instinctively starts coordinating the right people and technologies to capitalize on emerging markets well in advance of any competition. This is an extremely valuable asset for any Chief Executive to have and will assure that once he navigates a company into position as market leader, the company will remain and dominate in that position to the benefit of everyone from customer to investor.
With a career spanning several major industries, one of Mr. Miller’s most noticeable achievements was during his brief tenure for AT&T. He was Ohio Sales Manager for the AT&T Winback program. A somewhat successful AT&T effort to win long distance customers back to AT&T from their competitors. Mr. Miller shattered all sales records for new markets in record time and as a result was promoted to Regional Sales Manager which spanned territory from the Mississippi River over to Maine down to South Carolina. This was accomplished within 60 days of launching the Ohio market. In the nineties, Mr. Miller built from the ground up, one of the most successful Microsoft Gold Certified web application developments houses in the USA. Way ahead of his time in the early 2000s, but clearly understanding what the future held, Mr. Miller was one of the first people to envision and work closely with leading experts from M.I.T., CalTech, Harvard University, the Ohio State University and other prestigious national institutions to develop Biometric Face, Iris and Fingerprint-driven Keyless Entry and Time & Attendance solutions for commercial, residential and government institutions. Extremely successful and privileged in many ways, Mr. Miller felt compelled to do more for society worldwide. To bring society together in a way never before possible. But he realized that in order to do so, the core of our digital existence needed to be revolutionized and graduated to the next level to Unify Our World digitally in a way that has never been done before. And Triniti Communications was born.
Already an expert in interpersonal interaction, and due to his time at AT&T, now an avid believer and advocate for Direct Sales, Mr. Miller was fascinated with how ingeniously the multi-level business model was applied to the telecommunications industry. The stellar billion dollar revenues it produced, record-breaking profits and customer retention rates were unmatched and unchallenged. As a result, in 2008 Mr. Miller, decided to establish his own newly-conceived hybrid Direct Sales/Network Marketing/Social Networking company, consolidating the best of three powerful sales models into one unique model. Identifying a true need for a new breed of viable competition in the antiquated and untouched communications and entertainment industries, driven by new, world-changing technologies, Mr. Miller chose digital communications, entertainment, automation and security services as the company’s core focus. The rest is history in the making.

Dr. Frederick Foreman – CRO
Dr. Foreman has over 39 years of industrial experience in Information Technology, manufacturing, process, and mechanical design. He was the first African American to receive the Doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering, Tallahassee, Florida. He has 40 inventions in information processing, software modeling of random behavior, numerical analysis, developing processes that support materials processing, alternative energy, and manufacturing from conception, pilot plant, startup, and production; was the lead Plant Start-up Engineer for a $60 million Plant Expansion project for the Procter & Gamble Company in Albany, Ga.; was the Senior Engineer of record for the #7 cold mill and coil slitting operations for the Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA) in Davenport, Iowa; and made significant engineering and cost saving contributions to the design and schedule of the Ford Escort/Mercury Lynx at the Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI.
Dr. Foreman developed a new revolutionary finite element method called the Finite Particle Method or FIPART. This mathematical technique is able to generate solutions to typical finite element approximations and has been found to be the most accurate and efficient discovered. FIPART generates excellent agreement with experimental data and shows unmatched accuracy when compared to theoretical solutions of problems of interest.
Dr. Foreman received several patents for alternative energy systems (ReflectorLight and Scavenger) and two (2) distinguished patents for the surface treatment of aluminum alloys to improve their ruggedness and make them impervious to laser fire. Dr. Foreman has extensive experience in the rapid heat treatment of organic materials making them rugged to harsh environmental conditions. He recently was issued a new breakthrough patent in software encryption processes making the current Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm or any conventional algorithm use larger secret keys based on the concept of Dynamic Cryptography that he invented.
Dr. Foreman was an University Professor at Florida A&M University (FAMU) and Florida State University (FSU) for 11 years and an instructor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for four (4) years, a distinguished scholar and researcher with 21 awards including being selected to Tau Beta Pi, Pi-Tau-Sigma, Sigma Xi, and the New York Academy of Sciences; He also was selected as a GEM Graduate Fellow, NASA Graduate Fellow, and Patricia Roberts Harris Fellow; received the MIT Award for Outstanding Leadership and Service; is a Senior Member of SME; and received the Teacher of the Year Award and the Superior Accomplishment Award at Florida A&M University. Recently, Dr. Foreman was selected as Who’s Who Worldwide and was named the IT Professional of the Year for 2009 and 2010 for his work on Dynacrypt®, a nine (9) million bit software encryption product.
Dr. Foreman has also managed over $17 million in Government Grants and Contracts and has held a Top Secret (TS) Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) Security Clearance in the Department of Defense (DoD). He also held Secret Clearances in the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) and DoD.
