The $395 includes all taxes and fees associated with your Nuclius Live TV service subscription above and one Nuclius Ursa device. The $395 will be charged to your debit/credit card provided during this Order Lock-In process within one (1) hour. Please have funds available to cover these charges. Note: The Nuclius device’s shipping cost (roughly $20 USD depending on your US-based location) is NOT included in this Lock-In fee and will be charged in a separate transaction. You will be able to log into your FMS and order your Nuclius device after the successful processing of your $395 Lock-In fee. Your Nuclius device must be ordered by logging into your Lock-In account (FMS) and completing the quick steps provided to order your device. Any additional Nuclius devices and accessories can be ordered at this time as well. The Nuclius shipping cost for one device plus, any additional devices and their associated shipping and tax costs will be totaled and charged to your provided debit/credit card within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Please have funds available to cover these charges. Also, make sure the billing address of the card matches your signup address to avoid any unnecessary processing delays. Once your order is successfully processed, you will be added to the Nuclius Order Fulfillment Queue for delivery of your device(s) within five (5) business days. All orders will be shipped in the order in which they were received. You can follow the entire Shipping/Delivery process from your Customer Management System (CMS) 24/7. All past Locked-In Lifetime Pricing Programs are no longer available. However, everyone who has Locked-In in the past with special discount Lifetime Pricing will receive that pricing as promised as explained in the next paragraph. Everyone Locking-In following the end of all Lifetime Pricing Promotions will receive the Celestial TV Total Months that were paid for during your Lock-In.
Once Nuclius TV reaches a certain threshold of Subscribers of our Nuclius TV service, All Locked-In Promotional Pricing (12mos/9mos/6mos/4mos/3mos/2mos) will begin and you will enjoy your Nuclius TV service at no charge for the duration of your promotion. Once those months have been exhausted, your Nuclius Account will automatically be converted to the current retail price for Celestial TV and be billed accordingly. Since we are prepaid and month-to-month with no contracts, you are never obligated to stay on Celestial TV and are free to securely downgrade to the Package of your choice at anytime from within your Nuclius TV Admin area. If your Package downgrade occurs during a current billing cycle, you will be refunded any price difference due to you based on the days remaining in the current billing cycle.
For those of you who have Locked-In Lifetime Pricing and are paying for Celestial or any other TV Package prior to the beginning of your Lock-In Promotion, you are not obligated to pay for those Packages in order to keep your Lifetime Price until your Promotion begins. There’s no purchase necessary to receive your Promotion and it will be honored at the Terms it was Locked-In under. All Promotions will begin at the appropriate time automatically.
**Please Note: Once $100 USD or more has been earned from the Referral of any Current Proposed Offer to new Subscribers who Lock-In their Orders, a recurring Monthly Access Fee (MAF) of $19.99 plus any applicable taxes and fees will be charged to the credit/debit card you have on file.
