7. When the 4 months are over what do I do? What are my options?
We make it as easy as possible to continue on with your Nuclius experience after the promotion. When the six months are over, simply continue using your Celestial service or choose a lower Package at our extreme savings over Cable/Satellite. It’s simple to do. Since we are a Prepaid TV service company, about fourteen days before the end of your promotion period, you will be prompted to log into your secure Customer Management System (CMS) and provide a valid credit or debit card for the monthly billing of your service. You will have the option at that time to downgrade from Celestial to another package or just continue with the Celestial service at the everyday low rate of $79.99 plus all applicable taxes and fees. All Nuclius TV services are paid for at the beginning of your monthly TV cycle, not at the end of the billing cycle like with Cable/Satellite. Therefore, on the day following the end of the promotion, your card on file will be charged for your next thirty (30) days of TV service.
8. How do I get my HBO and other premium channels on Nuclius? I don’t see you listed on their website.
Since we’re a Pay-TV provider like Cable and Satellite, you will be able to access your HBO® and Cinemax® networks provided by Nuclius on your HBO GO® and MAX GO® accounts when we’re ready to launch into the consumer marketplace. In addition, all HBO and other Networks’ partners aren’t listed on their sites due to privacy reasons and or other factors, but we may be listed there once Nuclius Ursa begins shipping to Customers. Many Content relationships occur privately behind-the-scenes due to confidentiality and trade secret. Nevertheless, we have a special, private relationship pending with HBO and Cinemax where we will be able to distribute their content to Nuclius devices and even our Nuclius HBO GO and MAX GO licensed app. All HBO, Cinemax, Showtime®, Starz®, Encore®, TMC®, etc premium channels work on your Nuclius Ursa device no matter where you go on earth as it is not a pure “Internet” product as almost all competing streaming devices and apps are. We have a private and proprietary Live Pay-TV distribution network that distributes our Content to the Nuclius user. HBO/Cinemax is the only company that has an extremely strict stance on its content distribution via apps on the Internet and we will be the first and only company they trust to take them to the next level using our secure and proprietary distribution network to our Nuclius app. This deal has been in the works for a while and will be complete shortly. All other premium channels are ready to stream over the Internet to our Nuclius app right now.
9. Will Nuclius Ursa work on TVs that aren’t HD?
No, not unless you use a HDMI to Component Converter. Nuclius is an HDMI device.
10. What Internet speed will give me the best HD and 3D picture?
To get the best HDTV picture, and still have enough bandwidth for your other Internet connected devices, we recommend an Internet connection speed of at least 10Mbps. Of course the higher the speed, the better the HD quality connection. The minimum recommended speed is 5Mbps for 720p. Important Tip: All the Ethernet wires in a home should be upgraded to Cat 6 or above for an optimized local network and best Internet performance. And nowadays this upgrade cost is minimal but the improved network and Internet performance will be immediately noticed and appreciated.
11. Will Ursa be able to “Share” content or must I have one for every TV?
You need a Nuclius for every TV. And our Pre-Order PAK Perks will allow you to get as many as you need at substantial savings over Cable/Satellite. In addition, thanks to the unparalleled portability of Ursa, you can also simply disconnect it from one TV and plug it into another. Each Nuclius has one Master account but is driven by separate User profiles. Whenever you log into your profile with your PIN, it doesn’t matter what device a User accesses Nuclius on, all of that User’s settings will be there for immediate use. Live TV, VOD, DVR, purchased/rented shows, music, photos, videos, etc. to be used as normal.
12. What Ethernet, WiFi and HDMI cables are recommended for the best experience?
For the optimal Nuclius experience, we recommend optimum cabling for the best possible throughput of HD data and signal. The better the cabling, the better the quality of the HDTV service. HDTV is bandwidth intensive and requires the best physical infrastructure possible. HDTV Ready routers and Ethernet cabling are highly recommended. For Ethernet, we recommend Category 6 (Cat 6) or higher. For WiFi, we recommend Wireless N, AC or higher for the best performance. For HDMI, we recommend HDMI 1.4 or High-Speed cabling compatible with 3D compatibility. And remember, just because the cables look the same, does not mean that they will perform the same. 15. Will there be a comprehensive manual to help me?

16. How many separate accounts can we actually have with one unit?

What type of return policy do you offer?
All Nuclius devices purchased through us can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment as long as they are in new condition. All original packaging and items must be included as well.
